Introduction:

By using the services herein provided by Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd, you have agreed to be bound by the Service Terms and Condition stated in this page. If you do not accept the terms and condition stated here or you do not meet or comply with their provisions, you may not use this site. These terms and conditions (which may be changed from time to time by Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd without prior notice) form a binding agreement between you and Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd. Your use and access to this site indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You are agreeing to use the Site at your own risk.

Definitions:

The following definitions apply to this Agreement: “Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd Web Site” or the “Site” includes www.jobs.norizan2u.com.my entirely and its related site owned or operated by Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd including text, logo, content, graphics, designs, programming and services applicable to the context. “Company” refers to Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd. “Users” refers to any individuals who use any aspect of the Site. “Jobseeker” refers to any individuals who access the site with the purpose of searching a job or in any other capacity except as an Employer. “Employer” refers to any person that is accessing the site to post a job or for any reason to search for a candidate or jobseeker inclusive of recruiter or direct employer. “You” means the person that is agreeing this service agreement. “Documents” refers to the content of any job posting, company details or description representing the company which published to the Site “Service” shall include all the activities herein provided by the Site (but exclude the services provided by third party web sites or our affiliate links) “Agreement” refers to this Service Terms and Conditions, and the Terms of Use of the Site. Users should also review the privacy policies from time to time.

License to use by users who are employers:

Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd has granted you a limited, terminable, non-executive right to use the Site only for your internal business use to seek for candidates and jobseekers for employment. This authorized you to view a single copy of the material on the Site solely for your personal use for the purpose of searching and recruiting candidates. You may not sell or transfer any products or services provided by Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd to any third party without the written consent from Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd management. You agree that you are solely responsible for any documents or content you post and any consequences arising from such posting.

Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate your access and remove your posting without prior notice and no refund if Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd determines that you are in breach of or suspected to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd reserves all rights to terminate your access and remove your posting without prior notice or up-front reasons given under any-circumstances to protect our business.

Disclaimers and Limitations on Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd’s Liability.

  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd shall make every effort to post your advertisement within the shortest time frame. However, in any circumstances which cause the delay or delays, Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any losses or damage incurred to you or your company.
  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd do not warrant on the service up time available for access throughout the day. Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any interruptions of service although it may take certain remedial action such as re-posting the advertisement.
  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd assumes no responsibility for Document posted by Users/Employers and no responsibility for the activities, omissions or the other conduct of Users. Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd has no obligation to screen communication or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitor Document posted by Users.
  • Nothing on the Site shall be considered endorsement, representation or warranty with respect to any User or third party.
  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd do not warrant for the results of the use of our services (job posting, or advertisement banner posting) in terms of the response, number of applications, and the successfulness of employment.
  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd does not warrant that the site will operate error free or/and the site and servers are free of viruses, worms and any form of harmful mechanism. Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages and losses incurred.
  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd makes no guarantee of the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness and reliability of Documents and communication posted by Users/Employers
  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd makes no guarantee regarding the Content of the Site including inaccuracies, broken links and typo errors.

Employer Responsibilities:

  • Employer shall at all time ensure that they comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
  • Employer shall maintain the accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness and completeness of the Documents posted at all time.
  • Information retrieved (inclusive but not limited to personal information of jobseeker, resume of jobseeker) from the Site and database is solely for the purpose of employment, employer shall not sell, link or transfer to anyone or third party in any circumstances.
  • Employer shall not redirect traffics from the Site to any third party sites.
  • All content (inclusive but not limited to logo, graphics, design, material, and text) on the Site is copyrighted. Employers shall not copy or infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Site and the Company
  • Employers shall not send emails or spam emails retrieved from the database for any other purposes (other than requesting for interview) including but not limited MLM promotions, direct marketing and promotions, or sending malicious codes or illegal materials.
  • Employers shall be liable for deliberate use of the system for unlawful purposes including but not limited to transferring virus, introduce Trojans or worms, and transmitting harmful codes.
  • Employers shall at all time protect username and passwords. Employers shall be responsible for all uses under their registration, whether or not authorized by employers. Employers shall report any unauthorized used of registration to Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd

Payment:

  • Payment must be made within the specified payment terms from the date of the invoice. Late payment interest may be charged based on days of late payment.
  • Prices of the service may be varying from time to time without notice. Employers shall not be entitled for any rebates or discount for the packages purchased as per agreed on the sales orders or invoices.
  • In the circumstances that employers wish to terminate the service (not to include employer’s termination in the case of breach of this Service Terms and Conditions) by Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd, Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right to receive all payments as specified in the sales order or invoice. Employers shall not be entitled for such service termination refunds in any circumstances.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, and employees against all losses, liabilities, judgments, awards and costs (including legal fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to (1) your use of the Site; (2) breach of this agreement by you; or (3) any advertisement or document posted by you, to the extent that such subject matter is provided by you.

Limitation of Remedies

Employer’s liability to the Company for damages arising out of this agreement shall be limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the amount of advertising fees made by employer under this Agreement. Employers shall have no liability for special or consequential damages (including lost profits) of client or any third party, even if Employers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Job Advertising Policies

  • Job discrimination is illegal; advertiser should provide equal opportunity to all job seekers. Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd do not accept job advertisement that contain clause or meaning that shows discrimination against gender, race, color, national origin, religion, marital status and other possible discrimination except in those cases in which the law allows specific preference in hiring.
  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd will not accept a job advertisement that (1) contains wording or photos that either directly or indirectly links sex, race, color, national origin, sexual orientation, ideology, political affiliation, age, physical handicap, or marital status to a specific job offer. (2) contains vulgar, indecent or offensive to a good taste
  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd will not accept job advertisements that require jobseeker to pay processing fees or placement fees or any other similar forms of payment.
  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd will not accept job advertisements that promote pyramid selling or other related scheme.
  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd do not accept (1) duplicate posting of similar job advertisements at the same time (2) multiple positions in one job posting.
  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd will not accept job advertisement that is untrue, inaccurate, misleading and unlawful (including jobs that is against Malaysian law and regulations)
  • As part of the value-added service, Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd will re-advertise certain job posting without prior notice unless otherwise requested by the employer to close the position by contacting our customer service.
  • Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd retains the right to terminate the use of services or remove the advertisement without prior notice and no refund shall be entitled for the breach of job advertising policies stated in this Service Terms and Condition.
  • Internship Unlimited Free Job Posting Terms and Conditions

- Internship (Industrial Training) is a specified period (typically 3 – 6 months time) of planned and supervised professional training under private company or government organization.

- This service is Free and has no limit to the number of job post, however it is only limited to Internship job posing.

- Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd shall have full authority to remove the job posting if employers exploit this privilege by posting non-internship jobs.

Norizan Signature Office Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for damages and losses that may have caused the jobseekers due to employers’ violations of job advertising policies or in any other forms that the job advertisement may harm/cause damage to the jobseekers.
